At Polz Apart we teach ladies of all ages and sizes to Pole Dance for fun and fitness, No thongs required although a sense of humour is helpful. Pole Dancing is great for increasing upper body strength and core stability (especially for those of us that have had children) Classes are with a friendly instructor and include a warm and cool down. Classes are available in Bournemouth Poole and Ferndown in Dorset. Pole Parties also available for hens, Birthdays or girly nights.
