I am a very resourceful, flexible and effective I.T. technician with a large array of experience in many areas, including: desktop support, server support; upgrades and rollouts of hardware and software; troubleshooting; backup solutions; computer virus eradications; project work; and many others.
Companies (and individuals) often find it useful to employ me on a short-term contract (or temping) basis, so that I can solve a list of long-running problems that might have built up over time. Or, of course, if an emergency arises, I can be called in to deal with a virus infection or a server failure or something similar.
