About :
What could be nicer than having your own personal chef come to your home and prepare a three course meal for you and your Guests? We will design a meal designed in consultation with you and catered to you and your guest’s tastes.
All menus are costed per person, and we will cater for a minimum off two persons.
Based in Greenwich London, we will work throughout London.
Sample Menu could include:
Starters:
Roquefort Cheese and Creamed Shallot Tatin
Or
Pan Fried Fillet Lamb with Puy Lentils braised in red wine
Main Course:
Sea Bass, with Courgette, peppers, Fennel with Saffron and White Wine (Cooked in its own parcel)
Or
Roast Fillet of Pork Stuffed with Apricots and wrapped in Parma, with Buttered Pears, Red Wine and Juniper Onions, and Roulade of Creamed parsnips and Leeks.
Dessert:
Chocolate Mouse with Whiskey Cream
Or
Caramelised Oranges with Rosemary and Szechwan pepper.
All ingredients will be prepared fresh in your own home. We will require access to your kitchen approx 90 mins before your first course is served. We will consult with you on the final menu to ensure your needs are met, to create the perfect memorable meal for you and your guests.
