About :	10 week courses available (1.5 hours per session. I am a senior student of Lishi, with 23 years of intensive training in Daoist self-development. I am a qualified teacher, and also deliver in-house corporate training through Flow Training (a social enterprise). Lishi is a Daoist system of self-development that arrived in the UK in the 1930s. It has retained it's secrets and makes these available to anyone who is interested in being healthier and happier. It works on massively increasing the levels of energy that people have available through a series of exercises and skills development that is fascinating and life-changing.
