One to one support to managers on our mentoring programme
Flexible contact agreed before the mentoring process starts ie guaranteed time to respond to correspondence eg 48hrs turnaround time responding to emails. Book a specific time to give telephone support
Monthly budget set with the Company on how much support is provided so that costs are controlled
In depth discussions with the Company on core values and objectives for the Company for the year ahead so that these can be factored in to any training
Contract agreed beforehand on how much contact and delivery of training is agreed along with expectations of the Company on the delivery of that training
Challenging at all times so that objectives are clear, targeted and focused for that individual manager
