If that's not possible then I will travel to your house and fix your computer there at a time that suits you.
If it takes longer than a couple of hours, instead of making you pay an hourly rate, I can take the laptop, or PC box home and fix it for a low-cost overnight charge (£40).
I can fix 99% of Windows and Mac problems. I will help you with absolutely anything, including installing/fixing an operating system, sorting out your printer, setting up your home network, speeding up your computer, just give me a call.

| £20 for the callout and you get the first hour free. So, if it's done in less than an hour it will only cost you £20. |
