Fire Risk Assessments
As from the 5th October 2005 companies are required to have a written Fire Risk Assessment for all properties where they are undertaking work activities.
A risk assessment should ask and answer the following questions: - What are the Fire precautions? In the event of a fire how do personnel get out? How are emergency services informed? Is their a risk of loss of life as a result of a practice or procedure being used in situ?
I am able to offer a comprehensive inspection of your site and issue a written assessment with appropriate recommendations to meet all current legislation.
Other services available upon request include: General H & S Awareness Training, Project Management, General Inspections and Assessments.
