Let the artist, S.C.Vincent and Dreamscapes provide an unusual evening for you and your friends!
The evening starts with a 20 minute demonstration of encaustic painting, one of the oldest surviving painting techniques. Used in ancient Egypt to paint the portraits on the sarcophagi, used today to produce striking modern paintings!
After the demonstration, each guest will have the chance to make an encaustic painting for themselves, under the guidance of the artist. Each guest will leave with a unique piece of artwork they have created for themselves.
There will be a selection of items available for purchase at the end of the evening.
Invite between 6 and 12 people to your home. Suggest that they each bring their enthusiasm, interest and a plate of food to share!
Evening run for approx 3 hours and cost £22.00 per person for a party of 6 to 12 guests.
All materials will be provided by the artist. A table and access to a plug socket will be required.
The host or hostess may choose a piece of artwork or book from my collection on the night as a thank you, along with 15% of the total fee for the evening (including sales).
Available within 40 miles of HP18 postcode. Parties at greater distance can be arranged but would include travel expenses.
