Reiki is a holistic method of healing and relaxation which works on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
Reiki is energy or 'chi'. It is a natural hands-on therapy which is suitable for everyone. Reiki helps to promote deep relaxation and natural healing.
I offer Reiki treatments in a calm, relaxing environment. I also offer Usui Reiki courses at all levels.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a process that involves tapping on selected energy meridians of the body. This balances the body's energy system, removing any disturbance to the energy flow. During the process the client tunes into the issue that is troubling them.
