Polenastics (formally Emily's Vertical Art) holds a number of pole fitness and dancing classes in Milton Keynes, Hitchin and surrounding area.
Vertical fitness / pole dancing is a strength and fitness activity, although pole dancing is often associated with strippers and exotic dancing, pole fitness has taken off as a more widely accepted exercise class in recent years. Polenastics classes welcome everyone, beginners to advanced.
The classes are not limited to any age, fitness level or size and have a wide range of students, both male and female. As long as you are over 18 and are not pregnant or trying to conceive, we would love to see you at a class :D
Pole dancing and fitness can be very gymnastic and is a great physical activity that compliments all other aerobic, combat and strength disciplines.
Classes & lessons offered include single pay as you go, block bookings, 6 week courses and private lessons.
Polenastics instructors also offer:
