For commissions requiring a site visit (for example measured surveys) I can travel to any location around South Yorkshire. For other commissions I am happy to conduct business via email and phone. CAD drawings are created in AutoCAD DWG format, or can be converted to PDF for easy viewing, or a range of alternative formats. I can also provide a printing service.
Graphic design and illustration commissions can also be produced in a variety of formats to meet your needs.
I am an architectural technician with a BArch degree in Architecture from Sheffield University and experience in architectural practice at Robert Potter & Partners in Glasgow, and Purcell, Miller & Tritton in London. Recently I have been working as a volunteer for NetWorks in Romania (www.networks.org.ro) where I surveyed and drew a number of their buildings and designed the graphics and layout of their website, publicity designs, and designed and built some small buildings.
I am currently training as a joiner alongside working as a freelance CAD technician and graphic designer. I have a good knowledge of construction details and am able to arrange an integrated design and construction service.
Standard hourly rate is £14, but a fixed price for a job can be negotiated on application. I aim to offer a professional service with attention to detail, at a highly competitive rate.
