Yoga teaching for all levels of ability and interest. Tuition includes the physical and mental exercises for health and well being.
Weekly classes are held in Telford, Shropshire, plus workshops around the country. For those unable or reluctant to join classes, and this particularly may appeal to men, personal tuition can be provided.
Derek, aka Swami Shiv Giri Baba, is a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma holder and member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. He has many years of teaching experience both in the UK and France and India. For him yoga is more than a simple stretch and relaxation. Yoga is also strong and empowering. He has practised and taught aspects of several yoga styles including Power yoga, Tantra and yoga therapy.
Fees shown are for personal tuition but these, and workshops, are open to negotiation.
