As bolt on services to identifying talent for your company, I can offer competency based interviewing (training and frameworks), psychometric testing and employee blueprinting.
I also offer project management and screening services for larger scale recruitment programmes and copywriting and ad placement advice for advertising campaigns.
Pricing is dependent on your individual requirement but on average I charge 20% of the salary offered (a small retainer is generally required).
