A popular and relaxing holistic treatment using massage techniques on the feet to help correct imbalances throughout the body and help release blocked energy.

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that only requires you to take off your shoes and socks and sit back and relax.
After an initial consultation, an individual treatment plan will be created to meet the clients needs.
