I am an ACC accredited Business Coach with strong interpersonal and communication skills, having over 17 years experience within BT.
As well as 1:1 coaching with senior members of BT’s leadership team I also provided coaching and leadership development to teams, graduates and MBA’s within the business.
I have been heavily involved in designing, rolling out and delivering training and coaching presentations for the last three years. I have six personal clients on my books at the moment and I am coach/mentoring two new coaches within BT.
I am a new member within the ranks of the UK Branch of the International Coach Federation.
