Weekly classes and one-to-one teaching of Hatha Yoga. I am a fully qualified and insured teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, the UK governing body for yoga recognised by the Sports Council.
My classes consist of stretching and warm-ups, yoga postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation and are designed to help develop strength and suppleness and alleviate stress.
